This coming Sunday 6th March, 2011, fine dining Yats Restaurant & Wine Bar is going to challenge the time-proven paradigm that anything that is good for our health has to taste bad and anything that tastes good has got to be unhealthy.
The culinary team of Yats Restaurant faces unprecedented challenge in this special event. They have to come up with a healthy low-cal menu that would surprise everyone in how good each dish tastes. The healthy-eating event now dubbed “Lady’s Treat” has attracted a lot of attention from non-believers. The fine-dining restaurant expects most guests to come with unusual skepticism. This means the kitchen has to be up for the challenge of proving to foodies that healthy food can be just as tasty and can pair just as well with fine vintage wine.
Here is the low-cal-low-fat healthy-eating menu:

• Smoked fish with mesclum
• Crab bisque
• Apple and haddock risotto

• Dory and leek polenta cakes with parsley cream sauce
