MEXICO — The Lakeshore, the prime real estate development in this town, has made it to the industry’s “who’s who” anew.
The Lakeshore marketing chief Abby Tuazon said that for the third consecutive time, the 300-hectare property with 12-hectare man-made lakes was cited by Biznews Asia as the “who’s who” in the real estate industry.
“We made it once again in the prestigious circle of BizNews Asia’s Best of the Best in 2011 which also includes SM, Rustan’s, Megaworld, Toyota Motors and GMA-7 to name a few,” Tuazon said.
It was Central Country Estate Inc. president and chief executive officer Arch. Nestor Mangio who personally accepted the award for The Lakeshore, Tuazon added.
Mangio had earlier branded the 10-year development as a “vision turned into reality” which has become globally renowned. “The Lakeshore has been inspired by the lake communities of Irvine and Las Vegas and the architecture is inspired by the Italian theme of Lake Como and the aquatic life in the lake by the Putra Jaya of Malaysia and the fountain by the jet water fountain of Geneva, Switzerland.
It provides healthy living by way of its outdoor sports activities like sailing, jogging, swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing and even triathlon competitions. The iconic lighthouse serves as the main identity of the lakeshore. The pier is a favorite venue for events like weddings and other celebrations. Informal gatherings are held at the resort island with its swimming pool, Jacuzzi and pavilions while the more formal occasions are held in the two air-conditioned tents.
The lake and the surrounding parks are designed to be enjoyed by the surrounding communities outside of the estate without compromising the privacy of the ten different gated villages.
